All Tri- State Pawn & Jewelry purchases qualify for our 14-Day Guarantee! Your purchase may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date that you receive the item. *This only pertains to purchases made through our online store.

The customer is responsible for any RETURN shipping charges unless the item is damaged at no fault of your own and then Tri-State Pawn & Jewelry will assume responsibility for return shipping charges.
